with Scotch Bonnet, Habanero Peppers & Garlic 

Our original sauce, with fabulous flavours, searing, lingering heat and the fragrance of Scotch bonnet and habanero peppers. The perfect Great-On-Everything Hot Sauce.

A splash makes an ultra-spicy Bloody Mary, it’s ideal for adding that perfect blend of spice to your hollandaise sauce or Poached Egg & Avocado on Toast. A few drops, mixed into a Caramelised Red Onions & Goats’ Cheese Sandwich makes simple food incredibly delicious.

Made with super-hot yellow Scotch bonnet and habanero peppers, this unique sauce has a bright yellow colour that comes from the turmeric and mustard and a great depth of flavour.

This fabulous green sauce is our traditional home seasoning, found throughout the Caribbean. It is so versatile, and an easy way to add a burst of island flavour to any savoury dish. A mild sauce with no chilli heat but heaps of Caribbean flavour, you can use it as a marinade for almost any dish, from a Sunday Roast Lamb or Spatchcock Chicken, Grilled Seabass or Wild-caught Salmon.
